Credential Authorization Agreement
Effective Date: March 4, 2026
Important: The Service is an invitation-only prototype. Current pricing is a recurring subscription of $10.00 per month plus $25.00 per accepted work order (a scheduling bandwidth unit). The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time and may issue refunds for unused prepaid amounts at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
1. Voluntary Disclosure
By providing your third-party platform credentials to the Service, you acknowledge and confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, of your own free will, and without coercion. You understand that the provision of credentials is required for the Service to perform its intended functions on your behalf.
2. Authorization Scope
By submitting your credentials, you expressly authorize the Service to:
- Authenticate sessions on third-party platforms using your credentials;
- Interact with third-party platforms on your behalf, including but not limited to viewing, accepting, or declining available work orders and scheduling assignments;
- Monitor scheduling activity and availability related to your account;
- Perform automated actions according to your configured settings and preferences;
- Maintain authenticated sessions as necessary to provide the Service.
3. Credential Storage and Security
Credentials provided to the Service are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms. Access to stored credentials is restricted to automated systems that require them to perform authorized functions. No human operator has direct access to your plaintext credentials under normal operating conditions.
4. User Representations
By providing your credentials, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized owner or holder of the credentials;
- You have the legal right to authorize third-party access to the associated account;
- Your use of the Service with these credentials does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or agreement;
- You have reviewed the terms of service and policies of the third-party platform and accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from automated access;
- You understand that the use of automation tools may violate certain third-party platform policies, and you assume all risk associated with such use.
5. Risks and Acknowledgments
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Third-party platforms may detect automated access and take enforcement actions, including but not limited to account warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans;
- Third-party platforms may modify their systems, APIs, or policies at any time, which may affect the Service's ability to function;
- The Operator has no control over third-party platform decisions and cannot prevent or reverse enforcement actions;
- Loss of access to a third-party platform may result in loss of work opportunities, income, or other consequences for which the Operator bears no liability.
6. Credential Revocation
You may revoke the Service's access to your credentials at any time by updating or removing your credentials from your account settings. Upon revocation, the Service will cease to access the associated third-party platform on your behalf. Revocation does not affect any charges already incurred.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Operator shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of your credentials by the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, lost work opportunities, lost income, employer actions, or any third-party enforcement. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and revoke credential access.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of your credentials through the Service, including claims by third-party platforms, employers, or any other entity.
9. No Agency Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Operator. The Service acts solely as a tool that executes your configured instructions. All decisions and consequences remain your responsibility.
