Payment & Billing Policy
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
Important: The Service is an invitation-only prototype. Current pricing is a recurring subscription of $10.00 per month plus $25.00 per accepted work order (a scheduling bandwidth unit). The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time and may issue refunds for unused prepaid amounts at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
1. Subscription Fees
The Service requires a recurring subscription of $10.00 per month. This fee is billed automatically to your payment method on file at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. The subscription grants access to Service features during the applicable cycle, subject to these policies and the Terms.
2. Work Order Bandwidth Fees
In addition to the monthly subscription fee, each work order accepted by the Service consumes one scheduling bandwidth unit billed at a flat $25.00. This fee is charged when acceptance occurs based on your configured settings. Bandwidth fees are separate from and in addition to the monthly subscription fee.
3. Automatic Billing
By subscribing to the Service, you authorize the Operator to charge your payment method on file automatically for:
- Recurring monthly subscription fees;
- Per-work-order bandwidth fees as they are incurred;
- Any applicable taxes or fees required by law.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method on file is current, valid, and has sufficient funds. Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4. Finality of Charges
Charges are final once processed except where refunds are required by law or expressly granted under the Refund Policy. A bandwidth fee is considered consumed once the corresponding work order acceptance has occurred.
5. Third-Party Cancellations
If a work order is cancelled, modified, reassigned, or removed by a third-party platform, employer, client, or any entity other than the Operator, any associated $25.00 accepted-work-order fee remains valid unless the Operator determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted. The Operator has no control over third-party decisions and does not assume liability for cancellations initiated externally.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the Service will continue through the end of the current billing period;
- No further subscription charges will be applied after the current period ends;
- Any work order fees incurred during the remaining period are still payable;
- Any refund of unused prepaid amounts is governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Invitation-Only Prototype and Access Control
The Service is an invitation-only prototype. The Operator may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate access at any time, with or without cause. If access is removed by the Operator, the Operator may issue a refund for unused prepaid subscription time and unused prepaid bandwidth amounts at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. The Operator does not store your full credit card number on its servers. All payment transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms and security standards.
9. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting support through the Service. We will review the charge and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension.
10. Price Changes
The Operator reserves the right to change subscription fees, bandwidth fees, and billing structure at any time. You will be notified of material price changes before they take effect when required by law. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service. The Operator may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
