Important: The Service is an invitation-only prototype. Current pricing is a recurring subscription of $10.00 per month plus $25.00 per accepted work order (a scheduling bandwidth unit). The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time and may issue refunds for unused prepaid amounts at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
1. Independent Service
This platform is an independent, third-party service. The Operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any third-party scheduling platform, employer, staffing agency, contractor network, or any other organization or company whose services may be accessed, referenced, or interacted with through the Service.
2. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these terms, the operation of the Service, or any communication by the Operator shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, or agency relationship between the Operator and any third-party platform or entity. The Operator operates solely as an independent technology provider.
3. Third-Party Trademarks
Any company names, product names, service names, logos, or trademarks referenced within the Service or its documentation are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship. All trademarks and registered trademarks are acknowledged as the property of their respective holders.
4. Third-Party Platform Policies
The Operator has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the terms of service, privacy policies, business practices, availability, or actions of any third-party platform. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of any third-party platform they access through the Service.
5. No Guarantee of Compatibility
The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will remain compatible with any third-party platform. Third-party platforms may change their systems, policies, APIs, or interfaces at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality. The Operator is not liable for any disruption, loss of service, or inability to perform automated actions resulting from third-party platform changes.
6. No Guarantee of Work Assignments
The Service does not guarantee that users will receive, maintain, or retain any work assignments, opportunities, or income. Work assignments are controlled entirely by third-party platforms and their clients. The Operator has no influence over the availability, allocation, or distribution of work orders.
7. User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that their decision to use the Service is entirely their own. Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether use of the Service is appropriate, lawful, and compliant with their own employment agreements, contractor terms, platform policies, and applicable laws.
8. Enforcement Actions
The Operator bears no liability for any enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms against users of the Service, including but not limited to account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, terminations, or bans. Such actions are determined entirely by the third-party platform and are outside the Operator's control.
