Acceptable Use Policy

Important: The Service is an invitation-only prototype. Current pricing is a recurring subscription of $10.00 per month plus $25.00 per accepted work order (a scheduling bandwidth unit). The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time and may issue refunds for unused prepaid amounts at the Operator's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Service and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Because the Service is an invitation-only prototype, violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination, and the Operator may revoke access at any time in its sole discretion.

2. Permitted Use

The Service is intended solely for:

  • Managing your personal availability calendar;
  • Automating user-authorized actions on third-party scheduling platforms;
  • Monitoring scheduling activity related to your own account;
  • Performing actions that you have explicitly configured and authorized.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
  • Access or attempt to access accounts or systems belonging to others without authorization;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service;
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing messages;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service beyond your own account information;
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization;
  • Share your account credentials or provide access to any unauthorized third party;
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage the Operator's reputation or business.

4. User Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all terms, conditions, and policies of any third-party platform you access through the Service;
  • Confirming that automation is permitted under your employment, contractor, or service agreements;
  • Obtaining any required consents or authorizations before using the Service to interact with third-party platforms;
  • Monitoring for changes in third-party platform policies that may affect the legality or permissibility of your use.

5. Resource Usage

You agree not to use the Service in a manner that consumes a disproportionate share of system resources, including but not limited to bandwidth, processing capacity, or storage. The Operator reserves the right to throttle or restrict usage to maintain service quality for all users.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Operator reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning;
  • Temporarily suspending your account;
  • Permanently terminating your account;
  • Reporting the activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us through the support channel provided within the Service. We will investigate reported violations and take action as appropriate.

8. Modifications

The Operator reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
